Specific Case Analysis of Nylon+Fiberglass Products
All customers for this product require the use of NYLON+FIBERGLASS. However, due to structural issues, the product deforms by 2mm on one side, making it impossible to assemble. To solve this problem, engineers have opted for NYLON+FIBERBEEN instead. The material strength remains the same without any changes.
Our recommendation is that for any large precision injection-molded parts that use NYLON material, the following rules must be followed:
1. Prototype models cannot be used as assembly conditions, and deformation issues must be considered.
2. A deformation of more than 2mm in large products is normal.
3. The precision of the main body shell parts should be established before producing related small parts.
4. Development cycles should reserve time for product adjustment precision.
