23 日发布各级各类学校延缓至 2 17 日开学、各培训机构和托育机构在 2 月底前暂缓开展线下服务的通知之后,又一新的通告。

那么教育行业到底能支撑多久呢?上海交大行业研究院设计了“社会教育产业的疫情影响力调查问卷”。本次问卷首批收集了 32 份问卷,调研对象为江浙沪地区的社会教育机构/企业,涉及的教育领域有 k12 教育、综合素质教育、儿童早教、兴趣教育、语言学习、出国留学、高等教育、教育信息化、职业培训、其他教育等类型。

the education industry sustain? The Shanghai Jiaotong University-Industry
Research Institute has designed the "Survey Questionnaire of Social
Education Industry Epidemic Impact". The first batch of this questionnaire
collected 32 questionnaires. The survey objects were social education
institutions/enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. The education
fields involved were k12 education, comprehensive quality education, early
childhood education, interest education, language learning, studying abroad,
higher education. , Education informatization, vocational training, and other
types of education.
       
         在当前疫情严重情况下,线下教育显然难以立即开展。从问卷中可以看出,    
目前有线上课程/业务的教育机构/企业约占 34.4%,但是主要课程和业务全部是
线上的只有 6.25%。而值得一提的是在众多教育机构/企业中,语言学习和综合素质教育的机构/企业已经大量开展了线上教育。

社会教育机构是否做好了在线教育的准备呢?问卷显示,28.13%的教育机构

多数社会教育机构/企业在 1 月就有预收款,且教育产业 2 月一般处于淡季,所以疫情对第一季度影响在可控范围内。目前问卷中填写因资金链、现金流问题而不能开工小于 1%。根据 2020 新冠疫情教育行业企事业单位调查问卷显示,各大社会教育机构/企业第一季度的生存损失偏小,35%的教育机构/企业预计第一季度营收下降幅度在 10%-50%40%的教育机构/企业预计第一季度营损失小于 10%,只有 25%认为第一季度的营收损失大于 50%。虽然第一季度现金流比较充裕,但教育机构/企业还是倍感压力。5 分为最高分,1 分为最低分,教育机构/企业压力感最大的是员工安全 3.8 分和获取新的订单 3.8 分,其次是现金流 3.4 分、支付员工工资 3.35 分、交付能力 2.75 分、还贷 2.6 分、违约金 2.4 分、物流运输
2.4 分。让教育机构/企业倍感压力的还有网上直播课技能、事业发展等方面。现金流依然是社会教育机构开展在线教育的瓶颈 .

的补救措施,排名第一的就是增加线上教学,后面依次是远程办公、创新产品服
务、申请贷款补贴纾困资金等、促销营销、降薪裁员、没有措施、退出忍痛止损。
